This Triple Berry Layered Smoothie is sure to be a hit with your kids this summer.
- [b]Cranberry Layer[/b][br]
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 cup Pineapple Orange Juice[br]
- [b]Blueberry Layer[/b][br]
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/8 cup Pineapple Orange juice
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/2 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Maca Powder (optional[br])
- [b]Raspberry Layer[/b][br]
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/2 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 cup Pineapple Orange juice
- 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- Blend each layer separately. Pour each layer in a glass. While preparing the next layer I put the glass in the freezer.
There are smoothies. And then there are Triple Berry Smoothies.
I can guarantee you that anyone will choose the triple berry smoothie. Now you all know the best part is the layered look. We aren’t talking about a hair cut that has been layered here. No No No No No.
This prize was fun to make and kids of all ages will enjoy this treat. Make these as a poolside beverage.
You can certainly make the layers in advance, store in separate containers in the freezer. Thaw them out and layer them up. Or Make frozen treats on a stick out of them. YUM.
